Heh…
So, I don’t know how I managed it, but I have… I’m only out on liner work if I’m absolutely needed and then I’m going to be switched over to dirt work. Which means, hopefully, no more freaking 14 hour days. And the only other thing I’m handling is keeping paperwork organized because I’ll be helping write the as-built report AND maybe I’ll even get my own truck.
It’s about time.
I forgot how frustrating it could be, starting at the bottom again.
Joe is back from ranger school. He was sent back due to a medical reason, again. Though, I don’t blame him. I wouldn’t of wanted to be stuck on post as a recyled for 10 more weeks. I think I would of chosen to have gone back to Bragg too.
There’s not a whole lot more going on… feels sad, right?
At least your getting away from strictly liner work.
I hope Joe’s okay. We’ll he get to come home for the holidays?

Starting from the bottom is annoying, but… sometimes the climb up is the most fun.

Kim - he will be… he just has to get the dates and buy his ticket.
I can’t wait… I miss him so much and then moving to a new place where I still haven’t made any friends outside of work… ::shakes head:: I just have to last another year and a half…
Karnov - My thought is I’ve already been at the bottom, why do I have to work to the top again? Or at least that’s the thought that plagues me when I’m doing a job that gives me too much time to think. Gawd though… went drilling today and I had to be positively glowing… I could drill and core in the middle of winter with snow and rain and it being negative 10 or more and be positively content and happy… ::shakes her head again::
