Fucking Pissed
It’s going back to this entry.
I’m so fucking pissed, I can’t even concentrate on what is it I wanted to get done this evening. I got another fucking letter saying I owed him fucking money. I left him a pretty little message on his phone stating that he CLEARLY did NOT listen to me per our last conversation on the phone.
I’m calling escrow tomorrow and telling them to send him a letter stating exactly what I paid and then also stating the closing date of my house. If that’s not enough, I will get a lawyer and file for harrassment.
I’m not some dumb little passive twit that’s going to roll over.
I am so fucking irate right now I want to hurt something.
I hate dealing with flaming shit heads!
Gawd fucking dammit, PMS doesn’t fucking help either.

What did your realtor say to him when she called? I thought she was taking care of it.

It was paid in January but the check was never cleared. She informed the president of this and he never followed up with her on it to get that remedied (ie for them to reissue him the check). That’s what happened back in March.
She’s following through on that again and now escrow is once more involved. My escrow officer was suppose to fax him a break down of who paid what at closing which would show I paid more than I was suppose to for the month of february.
That’s the brief spill of it. I will fill in more once work is done. I gotta get back now that the anesthia is wearing off from being at the dentist earlier today.
And as you can see, I’m in a much better mood.
