Amused
Walking through the store today with LN, she gave me a wonderful memory to keep in my back pocket whenever I need to make myself laugh. We went passed the bras, she turns to me and goes, “Kristina, do you need some boobies?”
LN is russian for those who don’t know. I love hanging out with her for moments exactly like those. Languages can be such a blast sometimes.
The room mate thing is not going to be panning out unfortunately. I am slightly disappointed, though I did get a clean house out of it. And, well, I do enjoy being by myself (or with Joe).
In other news, Apophysis has just released an update. I’ve been playing a little with it, but really don’t see a whole grand scheme of changes. I would share a few images, but my ImageManager plugin just went to hell again. Later, perhaps?
I work with a girl from Venezuela and she has a thick accent. She says funny things too. But not as funny as “boobies.”

I have the same “problem” I keep being told. Being the overseas chap here in Holland I’ve been known for a faux pas or two when doing my best to involve myself in the conversations.
But on the other hand, not my direct boss, but still a boss at my company, has the outrageous name of…..wait for it…..Dick Vocking, beat that, hahaha

Can’t wait to see the images.
I love how people who don’t speak English 100% sometimes pick the wrong word. Reminds me of Monty Python’s Dutch-English Phrasebook sketch. “If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?. I am no longer infected.
