The Circle fits in the Square

Posted in: Everyday

If it doesn’t, I’ll make it.

I couldn’t get the proctor extractor top thingy back in place. You have to switch plate pieces because of the different mold sizes. It didn’t fit. I swore it didn’t fit. TS proved me wrong. It was an amusing day, let’s put it that way.

Classes started on monday and I switched my schedule around at work. I’m working from 6 to 3. It is the strangest thing to not be working in the late afternoon. And I’m tired. That’s probably not a surprise. But, I have been studying… go me! And squeezing in a few other activities. Seeing as I’m only 2 days into this, I think I can’t say if this semester is going to be a smooth ride or not yet.

Never mind the brief hyperventilation when I opened the calculus review book. Of course, right now its basics in trig. But to realize you’re rusty… its a scary thought.

So, this weekend I didn’t do much. I went out friday and got trashed. It was a fairly large group of us too. We started out at AL’s place for dinner, went downtown and about doubled our size (a group of like 6 to 12). I paid for it the next day and ended up staying in town, instead of going to Salt Lake like I had originally been planning. I had fun and that’s what matters the most to me. I actually was told, more than once, that I need to come out more often.

I never realized the importance of feeling accepted into a group like that. Wait until they figure out how truly weird I am. hahaha

On a side note, my company’s VP will be here tomorrow and we all have to attend a mandatory staff meeting. I so hope its about the merger.

I quote: “I’ve been studying….go me” you could/should have used this again.

“I went out Friday and got trashed….go me”, sounds like a great night out to me.

lol… I was half asleep when I wrote this… though if I’d taken time to prove it, and may have gotten squeezed in there :D

Eh, you’re not that weird. You seem like you would be cool to hang out with. I’m glad you had a good time.

Kim - Got you fooled don’t I? Kidding… I find it hard to believe that people would even really want to hang out with me. I think I should force myself to be more extrovert more often :)

Ah Trig. I haven’t done that in so damn long I forgot what half of it is supposed to do.
