Earthweek
Today is actually Earth Day, but the whole week is to be celebrated as Earth Week, promoting green products and green activities.
I really never thought that I would end up associating “green” with being healthy… just an odd thought
What am I doing to improve my energy usage, trash build up, and all that jazz? I’ve been swapping out lightbulbs for the environmental friendly ones and planting plants in the backyard. I’ve also been trying to reuse or recycle things. This weekend… since I had to push my tickets back another week for going to see my honey… I’m going to be joining a group of people to help clean up parts of the town…. I think. I might need to reread that e-mail.
Of course, this evening I’m drilling with a beast of a drill rig… so I guess I’ll have to double my green efforts.

I celebrated Earthday by topping off my gas tank at the hottest hour of the day.
Then i proceded to clean off our grill with some really harsh cleaning chemicals, Making sure to dump the residue where it can get into the water-table.
Then I mowed the lawn so short it will be sure to burn off on a real hot day.
Oh yeah, I also wasted more electricity that day and flushed the toilet 40 times at work. (it was a big crap).

Darvin - I feel a little hurt… I actually take a bit of pride in the things I do to improve or promote environmental awareness. I realize that now a days its considered a fad, but I try to ignore that since I was doing things before Save the Planet products hit shelves.

That feed has never worked… I’ve given up trying to figure out why.

Did you try with Feed Validator or by trying to feed it in through Feedburner?

I’m attempting it now… Feedburner tells me that my feed isn’t valid (that it’s being blocked) which is strange since my subdomain works fine… Feed Validator is taking forever to load.

Why does this not surprise me…
It’s a wordpress error: link. I’ll have to see if there’s a quick fix I can use, otherwise its going to be a pain in the ass to go through every file and find the white space.

Feed Validator does take forever and +1 day to load. I never played with wordpress before but I would like to. Just would like to find a good place to host the blog. I might Self-Host off of my server box beside me, but then that would hammer my own bandwidth slightly.
